Who we are & scope
Tihi is operated by Savee Group Pty Ltd (ABN 23 672 821 920), registered in New South Wales, Australia (“Tihi,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
For most activities we act as the controller of your personal information (where applicable).
We offer our services globally to individuals aged 18 and over. We handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws and will honour the rights available to you under the laws where you live. Nothing in this policy limits your non-excludable consumer or privacy rights.
Information we collect
a) Information you provide to us
Account & profile:
Name, email, username/handle, country/region, date of birth (used to verify you are 18+ and to help prevent fraud/abuse), postal and billing address, preferences, other personal information you provide, and your communications with us.
Subscriptions & purchases:
Plan selections, renewal settings, discounts, and payment/billing information processed by our account/billing platform and payment processors.
We do not store full card numbers or security codes (CVV). We may receive limited card metadata (e.g., last four digits and expiry month/year) and billing address for records, fraud prevention, and support.
Gameplay & community:
Display name, nickname, email, avatars, chat/messages, submissions, support tickets, gameplay telemetry, participation data, and competition performance information.
Live competitions & recordings:
Where applicable, audio, video and gameplay recordings of live competitions, which may include your likeness, image, voice, username, chat messages, statements made during competitions, and competition performance data.
Verification for prizes:
Proof of identity/age and delivery details when needed.
Prize fulfilment & payouts:
Bank or payout details you provide solely so we can pay cash prizes (e.g., account name, BSB/sort code, account number, IBAN/BIC, or a payout handle such as PayPal/Wise). We use these details only to complete the payment and related support.
Other information:
Any other information you choose to provide (e.g., survey responses or feedback).

• IP address, device identifiers, browser/OS, language, time zone
• Usage data (pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, session duration)
• Gameplay telemetry (join/leave events, question views, answers, scores and response times, anti-cheat signals such as suspicious patterns or duplicate accounts)
• Approximate location derived from IP for fraud prevention and service performance
c) Information from third parties
• Payment & billing partners (status updates, tokens, chargebacks, refunds)
• Anti-fraud & analytics tools
• Social or single-sign-on providers (fields you authorize)
We may combine information from the sources above.
How we use personal information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
Provide and operate Tihi:
Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, run games, record scores, fulfil subscriptions, deliver prizes and provide support (contract; legitimate interests).
Fair play, safety and integrity:
Detect and prevent bots, multi-accounting, collusion, abuse and other prohibited conduct; investigate anomalies; protect users and services (legitimate interests).
Competition recording and promotion:
Record live competitions and use recorded content (including likeness, image, voice, username, statements made during competition, and competition performance data) for service operation, integrity review, winner announcements, and promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with the Competition Master Terms (contract; legitimate interests; consent where required by law).
Improve and develop:
Monitor performance, fix bugs, analyse usage and improve Tihi (legitimate interests).
Marketing & communications:
Send service notices and marketing communications (with consent where required by law). You may opt out at any time.
Prize fulfilment and payments:
Verify eligibility, transfer prize payments, administer competitions, and maintain necessary records (contract; legitimate interests; legal obligations including tax and accounting requirements).
Legal, compliance and enforcement:
Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, and defend claims (legal obligations; legitimate interests).
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How we share information
We may share information with:
• Service providers who help us operate Tihi (including hosting/CDN, gameplay platforms, analytics, email/SMS, billing/payment processors, anti-fraud providers and prize fulfilment providers). They may access personal information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
• Professional advisors (e.g., lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality.
• Authorities and third parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
• Parties involved in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, subject to this policy.
International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information during transfers. Where required by law, we may rely on standard contractual clauses or similar mechanisms.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to operate the site (essential), understand usage, improve performance, and, where required and with your consent, for analytics and marketing. You may manage preferences via our cookie banner or settings. Essential cookies are necessary to provide the service.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
You may contact us to exercise your rights. We may request limited additional information to verify your identity. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide Tihi and for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the service, ensuring fair play, complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our Terms.
Prize payout details:
Bank or payout details provided for prize payments are used solely to complete the transfer and related reconciliation or support. We do not retain full bank account details longer than necessary. Such details are deleted or irreversibly truncated once the payment has been completed and any reasonable reconciliation, fraud monitoring or dispute period has concluded, unless retention is required by law.
We retain proof of payment (such as transaction ID, date, amount and a masked account identifier) for statutory record-keeping, tax and accounting compliance, typically for a period of up to 7 years.
Identity verification documents:
Where we collect identification documents to verify age, identity or residency for prize eligibility, we use them solely for verification and fraud prevention purposes. Copies of identity documents are deleted once verification is complete and any reasonable dispute or investigation period has concluded, unless retention is required by law.
We retain a limited verification record (such as confirmation that verification occurred, date of verification and type of document reviewed) for compliance, audit and dispute resolution purposes for up to 7 years.
Competition recordings:
Competition recordings may be retained for operational integrity review, dispute resolution and promotional use in accordance with the Competition Master Terms, and are periodically reviewed to determine whether continued retention is necessary.
We apply internal review processes to periodically assess and securely delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We will never ask you to send full card or bank details by email or chat. If you receive such a request, contact hello@playtihi.com.
Where required by law, we will notify you and/or the relevant authorities of a personal data breach. No security practice is perfect; please keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Children
Tihi is for people aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact hello@playtihi.com and we will take appropriate steps.
Winner transparency
If you win a prize, we may announce limited winner details (for example, first name and general location) unless local law gives you the right to object. We may provide fuller details to regulators or advertising standards bodies where required.
Publicity rights and promotional use of competition recordings are governed by the Competition Master Terms.
Relationship with our Terms
Where you participate in a prize competition, the Competition Master Terms and applicable Competition Schedule apply in addition to the Terms of Use.
If this Privacy Policy conflicts with the Terms in relation to personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will post a prominent notice and update the Effective date above.
